Association Updates
Committees and Groups
In additional to the board, several committees and groups exist to support the board and community. If you're interested in joining a committee or group, please contact a board member.
Maintenance Committee - the maintenance committee includes board members as well as residents interested in ensuring Orleans East is properly maintained. The maintenance committee provides a monthly report which is reviewed during the monthly open session meeting.
Neighborhood Watch - the Neighborhood Watch group is concerned with the safety of Orleans East and can check on your properly when you are of town as well as collect packages/mail.

Owners documents are restricted to Orleans East homeowners. You may access them by logging into the ASPM HOA Portal.

Orleans East recommends the use of Vista Paint. Our paint colors can be found here.
Pool
Pool hours are 9am - 9pm. The pool is heated May 15 - Nov 1.
Maximum of 5 Guests per household at the pool; please be considerate of other users

Architecture Requests
Per the Rules and Regulations: All alterations, modifications, repairs, or improvements in the common areas must be approved as follows 1) At the direction of the Board of Directors, 2) at an open meeting, 3) on the advice of the Architectural Review Committee. All requests must be approved in writing by the Board of Directors and/or Property Management Company. Homeowner(s) are financially responsible for restoring any unauthorized change(s) to its original state if a change is made without prior written approval from the Board and/or Property Management Company.
This includes changes to 1) front doors, including screens and security doors, 2) windows, 3) sliding glass doors, 4) patio gates, 5) adding screen doors, 6) installing a recording or camera device [such as a Ring], 7) installing solar panels, 8) heating and air conditioning units, 9) solar tubes on the roof, etc.
If a homeowner is unsure if an architectural application is required for a change or modification, they should contact the Property Management Company.
New ACC requests can be completed from within the ASPM HOA Portal (Account Info > ACC Requests).
Note: All ACC requests must be approved by the board during an open session meeting, which currently is held the third Thursday of every other month (February, April, June, August, October, December).
Trash
Republic Services collects trash on Thursday. Certain holidays may impact the pickup scheduled. Check with Republic Services for their holiday schedule.
Entrance Gate Changes
For updates to the front gate directory, owners should submit a maintenance request with details. Updates are completed in batches as there's a charge for each request. Additional remotes are available for purchase and can be requested using the maintenance request form.
